Lucille Martin

Lucille Martin is a life long resident of the Wakefield section of the Northeast Bronx. Ms.Martin is a member of the Bronx Community Board 12 and a lifetime member of the National Council of Negro Women, (NCNW) at our local North Bronx Section. 

Lucille has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Hampton University and a Master of Social Work degree from the City University of New York at Lehman College. Ms.Martin is an advocate for the community and embodies the community first mantra of the board by engaging in micro,mezzo and macro levels of practice to  provide educational, recreational, and social service opportunities to residents of the community. 

Over the last decade, she has been working in partnership  with local agencies, community organizations and educational institutions to create events, activities, and services for Bronx residents.
